Board Member: Jennifer Manzay
Jennifer Manzay is a highly accomplished Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Healthcare Management Consultant, and Process Engineer with over 20 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma project execution, statistical process control, quality systems, and change management.
Prior to joining the Veracity Consulting Group, Jennifer worked as the Director of Quality for Conifer Health Solutions and served as a Principal Engineer for Bell Helicopter/Textron. Jennifer is experienced in leading and managing large cross-functional teams to exceed strategic and tactical objectives. She has a proven track record in initiating and driving organizational change to deliver immediate and sustained business results. Jennifer’s expertise in healthcare includes Provider Revenue Cycle Management, Health Information Management, and Vendor Management. She is passionate about helping her clients improve operations through process improvement, enabling them to thrive in the current competitive environment. Her areas of industry expertise include process optimization, quality improvement, cost reduction, client implementations and delivery, functional expertise, planning, statistical process control, business process improvement, operational strategy, executive management, project management, consulting, and strategic partnerships. Jennifer’s passion for entrepreneurship led her to establish a successful consulting and e-commerce businesses, and she helps other entrepreneurs pursue their goals of business ownership through proposal writing and operational systems development. Jennifer has worked with several organizations, including Conifer Health Solutions, Catholic Health Initiatives, University Health Medical Center Clinics, Bell Helicopter/Textron, GAR Electroforming, and Texas Instruments. She has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, a Master of Science in Systems Engineering, and certifications as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
In addition to her professional achievements, Jennifer is a skilled musician and co-founder of the Heritage String Quartet in Dallas, TX. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Jennifer is also actively involved in civic engagements to uplift her community.
