Darin E. Hudson leads DH Property Holdings, LLC. His key responsibilities include the management of property acquisition and other acquisition investments, consumer marketing and business consulting and operations, client and business lifecycle management, digital sales, advertising, and the product and capital roadmap. Chiefly responsible for profitability improvement and new business model advisory services, driving penetration while leveraging new business technologies.

Darin has over 25 years of combined experience in the executive consumer, business and sports programming industries, for both B2B and B2C customers. Over his first six years, he held various roles beginning in 2003 at DIRECTV across their customer care, business and sports programming departments. His initial hiring was in the office of The President where he resolved complaints on behalf of the company addressed to the Executive Office by consumers including the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) Better Business Bureau (BBB) the Attorney General’s Offices and US Senate & Congressional and FCC and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) offices.

In 2009 he rejoined the company and transitioned into the sports programming department where he was responsible for data checks for next broadcast day schedules including authorizations, channel mapping, guide listings and blackout applications for sports leagues (NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, NCAA).

He became hired for the company through AT&T in 2015 with the acquisition of DIRECTV, where he was previously serving as a Business Analyst at DIRECTV responsible for strategic planning, and data analytics. Working for AT & T he focused on customer solutions and products offered through U-Verse, High Speed Internet and Broadband Services and cellular products. He has additionally been employed by other Fortune 500 & Fortune 300 companies such as Enterprise Holdings, LLC and Midway Car Rental a wholly owned subsidiary of The Hankey Group.

Prior to DIRECTV, Darin interned at Fox Sports West in Los Angeles, CA where he was responsible for media press releases, post game media availability for teams in the Pac-10 basketball tournament. He majored in Communications/Public Relations and minored in Speech Forensics & Debate at Cal State Dominguez Hills (CSUDH).

A native of Santa Monica, CA he formerly served as VP on the board of directors for the Santa Monica High School Alumni Association. He enjoys supporting the community and is still actively involved as a member of the board for his high school alumni association.

He is a single (again) father to a teen daughter with whom he enjoys spending his free time.
